Refund Policy

Our Commitment

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If something isn't right, we'll do our best to make it right. Below are the specific terms for each product type.

1. Foundation Course and Level Courses

14-day money-back guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with your course purchase, contact us within 14 days of purchase at hello@noasyncbody.com and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

After 14 days, no refunds are available as the course content has been fully delivered and accessed.

2. Sync Body Library — Subscription

• Monthly plan: You may cancel at any time. No refund for the current billing period — access continues until the period ends.
• Annual plan: 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. After 14 days, no partial refunds are available for unused months.

3. Bundles

Bundles are subject to the same 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If a bundle includes personal or group sessions and any session has already taken place, the value of the used sessions is deducted from the refund.

4. Personal Sessions

• Single sessions: refundable if cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
• Session packs: the unused portion is refundable if requested within 30 days of purchase and no sessions have been used. Once sessions begin, no refund on used sessions.
• No-shows and late cancellations (under 24 hours) are not eligible for refund or reschedule.

5. Group Coaching and Masterclasses

Refundable if cancelled at least 24 hours before the first session. No refund after the program has begun.

6. NOA Movement Lab

• Movement Lab Courses: the same 14-day money-back guarantee applies.
• Personal Video Analysis: refundable until your video has been reviewed. Once the analysis has been prepared and sent, the work is complete and no refund is available.
• Movement Lab Personal and Group Sessions: the same terms as above — cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
• Solo Creation and VIP Competition Coaching: individual creative work. Fully refundable before the first scheduled session; once work has begun, no refund is available.

7. How to Request a Refund

Email us at hello@noasyncbody.com with your order details and reason for the request. We review every request and process approved refunds as quickly as we can. Refunds are returned to the original payment method through Thinkific Payments; depending on your bank, the funds may take several business days to appear on your statement.

8. Exceptions

We reserve the right to decline refunds in cases of abuse, repeated refund requests, or violation of our Terms of Service.
