Refund Policy

Our Commitment

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If something isn't right, we'll do our best to make it right. Below are the specific terms for each product type.

1. Foundation Course and Level Courses

14-day money-back guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with your course purchase, contact us within 14 days of purchase at hello@noasyncbody.com and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

After 14 days, no refunds are available as the course content has been fully delivered and accessed.

2. Sync Body Library — Subscription

• Monthly plan: You may cancel at any time. No refund for the current billing period — access continues until the period ends.
• Annual plan: 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. After 14 days, no partial refunds are available for unused months.
• The 7-day free trial is available once per account. No charge during the trial; cancel before it ends to avoid billing.

3. Bundles

Bundles are subject to the 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase, provided that course content has not been substantially accessed (less than 50% of included courses viewed). Contact us to discuss your situation — we handle each case individually.

4. Personal Sessions

• Single sessions: refundable if cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled time.
• Session packs: the unused portion is refundable if requested within 30 days of purchase and no sessions have been used. Once sessions begin, no refund on used sessions.
• No-shows and late cancellations (under 24 hours) are not eligible for refund or reschedule.

5. Group Coaching and Masterclasses

Refundable if cancelled at least 48 hours before the first session. No refund after the program has begun.

6. How to Request a Refund

Email us at hello@noasyncbody.com with your order details and reason for the request. We process all refund requests within 5 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

7. Exceptions

We reserve the right to decline refunds in cases of abuse, repeated refund requests, or violation of our Terms of Service.
