Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing or purchasing from noasyncbody.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Noa Volha Tsuryk (NOA · Sync Body Method™), an autónoma registered in Spain.

2. Products and Services

We offer the following digital products:

• Foundation Course and Level Courses — one-time purchase, lifetime access to course content.
• Sync Body Library — subscription-based access (monthly or annual) to video practice library.
• Bundles — combinations of the above at a discounted price.
• Personal Sessions — live 1:1 video sessions via Zoom, booked through Calendly.
• Group Coaching and Masterclasses — live group sessions via Zoom.

3. Payment

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are in Euros (€) and include applicable VAT. Subscription billing is automatic — monthly or annual as selected at checkout. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.

4. Access and Use

Upon successful payment, access is granted to your purchased content through the Thinkific platform. Your access is personal and non-transferable. You may not share, reproduce, distribute, or resell any course content. Violation of this may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

5. Personal Sessions — Booking and Cancellation

• Sessions must be booked through Calendly using the link provided after purchase.
• Sessions in a pack are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session to reschedule.
• Late cancellations (under 24 hours) or no-shows count as a used session.
• VIP Year clients have priority booking access.

6. Intellectual Property

All content — including videos, course materials, methodologies, brand assets, and the Sync Body Method™ system — is the intellectual property of Noa Volha Tsuryk. You may use content for your personal practice only. Any commercial use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited without written permission.

7. Health Disclaimer

Our programs involve physical movement. By participating, you confirm that you are in adequate health to engage in movement-based activities. If you have any medical conditions, injuries, or concerns, please consult a healthcare professional before beginning. NOA · Sync Body Method™ is not responsible for any injury resulting from participation in our programs.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NOA · Sync Body Method™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Spain.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
