Sync Body Method™
Movement that hears music
You move, but nothing changes. You train, but the tension stays. Your body feels like a problem to solve, not a home to live in.
You train hard, but your body stays tense
Most fitness approaches treat the body like a machine — more reps, more resistance, more effort. But tension doesn't respond to effort. It responds to presence.
Sync Body releases tension through rhythmYou feel disconnected from your own body
When we move on autopilot, counting reps and watching the clock, we lose the ability to actually feel movement. The body becomes just another task to complete.
Sync Body restores the conversationMovement feels like a chore, not a practice
When movement has no music, no rhythm, no breath — it becomes mechanical. When all three align, the body naturally wants to keep going.
Sync Body makes movement effortlessThe bodies that move most beautifully are not the strongest — they are the most synchronized. There is a reason music makes us feel good: the brain is wired to find pleasure in predictable rhythm. It feels safe. It feels like home.
Sync Body Method is built on this principle. Repeating movement patterns, layered like music, synchronized to a beat the body learns to anticipate. The result is not just physical — it is neurological. Movement becomes meditation. Effort becomes pleasure.
Begin with Elements → The Science Behind the Method →Every practice begins with simple, repeating movement patterns. The brain loves predictability — when the body knows what comes next, it relaxes, opens, and becomes ready to go deeper. This is where safety begins.
As patterns become familiar, movement locks into the music. Predictable rhythm creates a sense of safety in the nervous system — and from that safety, effort dissolves. The body stops working and starts listening.
When movement and music are fully synchronized, something shifts. The brain enters a state of calm focus — the same pleasure response triggered by music you love. You finish the practice feeling not depleted, but restored.
"The most beautiful movement I have ever seen was not the most powerful. It was the most synchronized."
— NOA, Choreographer-Educator
Choreographer · Educator · Creator of Sync Body Method™
I started in rhythmic gymnastics, moved into classical ballet at twelve, and spent my twenties performing across the world with a Singapore-based company. I've been a professional choreographer since 2004 — training champions, preparing competitors, coaching artists at the highest level.
Sync Body Method was born in 2020, when lockdown pushed me deeper into pilates. I realized everything I knew — ballet, contemporary dance, yoga, pilates — could become one unified practice. Synchronized with music. Accessible to anyone.
"Your body already knows the rhythm. It just needs to remember how to listen."
Your first step into synchronization. Four lessons that teach you to hear your body — and let it move with music.
Your first step into the method — learn how movement, rhythm and music connect into one seamless experience. This is where your body begins to find its sync.
We establish the foundation — neutral spine, pelvic alignment, shoulder placement and cervical positioning. Every movement that follows is built on this.
Working from the deep core and abdominal muscles, we connect the center of the body to the lower body — building stability, control and strength from the inside out.
We lengthen what we have strengthened — mobilizing the spine, releasing tension in the back and legs, and restoring the body's natural alignment and ease of movement.
Four levels. Each one builds on the last. Elements is where it begins — Mastery is where movement becomes second nature.
Master the core movements of the NOA method at your own pace. Build your foundation in breath, alignment and rhythm.
Connect your foundations into fluid, choreographed sequences. Build your movement vocabulary with precision.
Go deeper — greater intensity, precision and body control. Sequences that challenge and transform.
All levels united into one high-performance practice. This is where movement becomes second nature.
Each bundle combines what works best — at a price that makes the full journey easier to begin.
